Camp Contact 2025

Join Camp Contact, a faith based camp for children going into Kindergarten - 5th Grade. This four week program gives kids an opportunity to explore and develop character by learning to make wise choices. The following fun activities will guide kids through the story of Jesus: Bible class, Reading Programs. Crafts, Singing, Buddy Time, and more!
A morning snack and lunch will be provided and each child will receive a t-shirt! Vans MIGHT be available to pick up kids to transport to and from camp, depending on your location.
**Thursdays are field trip days. We will end at 2 pm on Thursdays. In order for your child to attend the field trip they must have attended 2 days of camp that week.
Cost: FREE!!!
Location:
- Monday - Wednesday at Contact Church of Christ, 1529 W 49th St. Tulsa
- Thursday: Field trip day! Locations vary; Field trips are scheduled for the morning and include lunch.
Times:
- Monday - Wednesday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
- Thursday: 10:00am - 2:00pm (times may vary slightly on getting home)

By filling out this form, I hereby give my permission for all the children listed above to ride the van/bus, participate in activities, and attend Contact Mission Church of Christ or any of the church related functions. I understand that my children will be under adult supervision. I further understand that in signing this permission slip, I release and hold harmless Contact Mission Church of Christ and all other church-related functions. By signing this permission slip, I release and hold harmless its trustees, officers, employees, and any volunteers from any liability, past or future, fully and completely. I authorize the staff or designated medical professionals and/or volunteers to administer emergency medical assistance if I cannot be reached. I understand that my child(ren)’s photo may be taken and used in printed publications, website or social media by Contact Mission Church of Christ, and that I may contact the church office in writing to revoke this permission.
